Help for patients with disabilities

If your primary language is not English, we provide free language assistance, including interpreters and translated materials. Just ask any team member, or call us at (305) 974-5548. Our office serves patients in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.

If you have a concern
If you believe we have failed to provide these services or have discriminated in any way, you can raise it with our office so we can make it right.
