About our text messages
Dr. Rochelin Aesthetic & Wellness offers text (SMS) messaging so we can reach you about appointment reminders, scheduling, follow-up, and important updates about your care. The program is a convenience, and it is always optional.
Your consent
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive SMS messages from our office at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care from us. You can ask us to reach you another way at any time.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and care. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates still apply.
How to stop messages
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. After you do, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you sign up again. You can also call (305) 974-5548 and ask us to remove your number.

Privacy
We treat any information shared by text with the same care described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Please avoid sending sensitive medical details by text, since standard SMS is not a secure channel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
